Position: Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Position Type: Part –Time Direct
Reports To: Managing Director
Description:
Greystone Research Associates, a medical technology consulting
company, is seeking a self-motivated and
energetic individual for the position of
marketing coordinator. This is a part-time
position based in our Amherst, NH office. The
individual selected for this position will be
capable of working independently to firm
deadlines, and will represent the company in
dealing in the areas of print promotion, trade
media communications, and reseller channel
partner relations.
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and maintain a marketing communications strategy
that effectively promotes the company’s medical
technology publication products
·
Develop, review and manage external communications
·
Assist in the drafting and finalization of press releases and
articles that promote the company’s consulting
publications
·
Develop and execute a press release distribution schedule based on
the company’s product promotion plan
·
Act as the initial point-of-contact for media inquiries
·
Respond to client and channel partner requests for product
information
·
Manage publication product updates to reseller channel partners
·
Analyze promotion effectiveness through available data and reports
Qualifications:
Essential:
·
- Strong writing skills
·
- Previous marketing communications experience, preferably in
a service environment
·
- Ability to work independently to meet publication product
release dates and deadlines
·
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
·
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
Preferred:
·
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Communications or related area
·
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices or life sciences
·
- Experience writing press releases and related marketing
collateral
